Meaghan Grabowski, LMHC

My goal is to help my clients live a unique life in commitment to what they value and to be a guide on that journey. As a therapist, I believe in the power of perspective. Bringing an issue to attention with another person can be an important way to start creating change and hope. I firmly
believe that therapy should not be reserved for those struggling with severe issues, but that anyone can benefit from an opportunity for growth. Seeking support is a sign of strength.

My approach is eclectic in nature. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all practice, so I believe in
tailoring my strategies to each individual. However, I emphasize evidence-based practices within
the frameworks of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). I specialize in OCD, relationship issues, and infertility. I have extensive experience working with clients who have chronic pain.
When working with me, you can trust that I will never push my own goals or values onto your life. I will never expect you to be a certain way, feel a certain way, or behave a certain way.
Come as you are, and you will be accepted.

Robin Manza MS, LMHC

My clients can expect a relaxing, nonjudgmental atmosphere, where comfort and trust are key for discussing life's concerns. I provide a personalized,

depressed, overwhelmed, or just feel the need for some extra support while you make a change, I am here for you.

I have successfully helped many individuals with issues that have interfered with their emotional wellbeing. I strive to help my clients find the tools they need so they may reach their full potential. Change is often difficult, but together with care and compassion, we can explore any barriers that may be
holding you back from achieving all that you need and want out of life.

I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY College at Old Westbury, and am a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.
