Child Therapy (45min)

A Safe, Creative and inviting space to play, talk and process. Our child therapy sessions allow your child to express themselves and explore healthy skills to improve overall functioning. parents are encouraged to join us.

Couples Therapy (45min)

intentional, and deeply relational. We slow conversations down so both partners can feel heard. Our sessions help you both to Understand emotional patterns, improve communication, and shift cycles that keep you stuck.

These individually curated meditations are blended into your individual psychotherapy sessions to help you tune into your inner self .We will also provide you with powerful self-hypnosis techniques for self-transformation and self-care.  

Sound Healing

We couldn’t be happier that one of our wonderful therapist’s Alex is an accredited sound healing practitioner! Sound Bath can be combined in your individual sessions and is also used in our group formats. A Sound Bath can be a profoundly therapeutic, mind expanding and emotionally moving experience. 

Somatic therapies

We combine Various somatic techniques, and meditations into your sessin to create “bottom up” mind-body experience. This can be helpful when working with individual suffering from Trauma related symptoms. .
