Hi, My name is Sari. I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. My training spans traditional mental health counseling, addiction counseling, school based systems and integrative mind-body approaches. This allows me to work holistically- addressing emotional systems, nervous system regulation, trauma, grief and the real world systems impacting my clients life.
