Our unique vinyasa flow & Yin yoga class is led by our Masters level clinician; Cheyenne. This class will help you to deepen your connection with your Mind, Body & Spirit. Here You will have the opportunity to connect to your innermost self. In this class you will explore where and how your body holds physical and emotional tension. Cheyenne will guide you through understanding and releasing fear, anxiety, maladaptive patterns of cognition/behaviors; through different postures, breath and movements.
