This in-person intensive is designed for women (ages 25+) who are ready to deepen their self-awareness and explore how patterns like codependency, people-pleasing, and poor boundaries may be impacting their relationships. Through guided discussion, reflection, and support, we’ll work to untangle external expectations and reconnect with your own needs, voice, and inner compass.

We’ll focus on:

• Identifying and releasing codependent patterns

• Understanding the roots of people-pleasing

• Building and maintaining healthy boundaries

• Learning to fill your own cup first—without guilt
